Onsite cross country course, tons of room to hack, and multiple indoor and outdoor arenas? Consistent hours (with a full 1 hour lunch break!) and PTO throughout the year?
We are now hiring a developing assistant trainer for our boutique boarding/training operation in Union Bridge, MD. Specifically, looking for a rider who is not only concerned with moving up the levels in the show ring, but is also serious about correctly developing horses through the training scale. Our program features a variety of horses of different breeds, training levels, and temperaments for your balanced, diverse evolution as a rider.
Perfect position for a working student looking for their next step up in the industry. To be clear, we are not looking for an established trainer, but instead, someone to share in all aspects of our program and grow with our business in a long-term role. We are excited to offer board for one horse, on-site housing with all utilities and WiFi, lessons 4-5 times per week, trailering to competitions, and a salary commensurate with experience.
