Any job that needs to be done on the farm. Cleaning stalls, grooming horses, checking in overnight horses, mowing, painting. Feeding, moving round bales, care of machinery, cleaning, dusting, work 6 days week-40 to 50 hours depending on events. Day off may vary. Housing is available. All bills are paid, washer/dryer is available.

Need to be organized and efficient. A positive can-do attitude. Must like being around people. We have a busy facility and customers often ask for assistance.
Looking for a person who will answer calls when needed anytime day or night in an emergency. Care for facility-do the work and work alongside employees.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with livestock and this type of position. Long-term position for the right person.

Supplemental insurance is available. One week of paid vacation after a year of employment.

Requirements

No smoker, must be able to work in all weather, lift up to 75lbs. Flexible on hours.

Accommodation

Efficiency apt on the farm--NO pets-- OR Camper some pets allowed. Fully furnished. Wash/dryer. All bills paid. Apt has internet.

  • I really enjoyed working at WRA. I made a few good friends, had some good times and learned a lot. The location is really close to resturants, movie theaters, and other forms of entertainment. I loved working with the kids during the summer camps and teaching the camp kids new things everyday.

We are a full-service facility, training, boarding, teaching, youth programs, farm tours, scouts, church groups, and so much more!! We are the largest teaching facility in our area and pride ourselves as a family-oriented, quality training facility. We train national-level competitors to backyard horsemen. Our facilities include a 220 X 54-foot indoor arena, indoor round pen, indoor boarding for 30 plus horses, pasture boarding, dry lot boarding, 2 outdoor arenas, turnout pens, 3 round pens, indoor and outdoor wash racks. The main barn includes 12 foot wide aisles, an observation room, 2 restrooms, private tack lockers. Our lesson barn has nine stalls, a large tack/classroom, and 3 cross ties. We have a tack store at our facility to accommodate our customer's needs. Our facility also has ample trailer parking.

Our customers are varied in their love of horses from National level competition to Trail riding.
