I enjoy flat work, ponies (I’m small enough to ride a medium pony), jumping (getting back into jumping), and challenges. I don’t really ride baby horses who are just starting out but I’m willing to challenge myself if I have to for it. Getting a flight is hard to come and fly out.

Full Time live in position 20-25 horse Eventing Facility Management duties including placing orders, managing part time employee tasks, general barn chores, management of each horse(grain rations, blanketing, medications, etc) Assistant Instructor duties will require you to teach incoming beginner lessons on provided, well trained lesson horses. I am happy to train anyone in management or instruction as long as you have the drive, passion, and personality to excel at this job.
Other duties based on experience: grooming, tacking, riding, hacking, long lining, lunging 1-2 days off per week 30-50 hours depending on the week.

Newer 1 person apartment, open floor plan, built as apartment above the garage in the barn. It does have low ceilings so 5’6” or under would be most comfortable, fully furnished.

Unlimited lessons. Opportunities to compete and clinic on own horse. Farm has all kinds of amenities including indoor and outdoor rings with sand footing, XC field, and maintained hacking/conditioning paths. Well behaved cat or dog is welcome. Pool also on site.
