The majority of our team has been working together for 10 + years. Over the past year, we have grown and need to add a full-time team member. Our team thrives (and our horses too) on routine, and a few of our core values-a supportive culture and a respectful team environment. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, safety-minded, and of course hardworking. He or she has to be able to lift 50 lbs.
Our ideal candidate will have solid work experience with stallions and difficult horses, but training is available for the right candidate.
Hours include Sundays, some holiday availability. Overtime will be available.

We are a horse boarding and training facility with 60+ horses. We have a fully heated facility in the winter and lots of ventilation in the summer. Two indoor arenas and one outdoor arena. While the majority of our riders focus is on dressage, we do have hunter jumpers, pleasure riders, and retired horses. Our facility sits on 32 acres and our grounds are beautiful all year round.
