Looking for a strong candidate whose responsibilities will be, and not limited to: • Taking over current beginner/intermediate lesson program and build with the goal for rider to lease/purchase pony/horse. • Aide Head Trainer with equine training rides. • Teach Head Trainer Lessons when needed. • Care for Lesson Horses: o Show Clip o Pull Manes o Treat ailments (i.e., thrush, abscesses, lacerations, etc.) o Equipment needs o Bathe o Tune up rides • Care for Small Lesson Barn • Care/inventory Lesson Horse equipment • Support and work with Manager regarding needs. • Aide in the care of client and farm owner’s horses when needed. • Conduct yearly riding camps.

Requirements

Looking for someone who is fun, personable, enjoys mentoring young riders, puts the horses first, teaches correct horsemanship both in and out of the saddle, and is strong rider. Sky is the limit for our goal oriented program, so would like someone who is motivated to take the current program to another next level with the support of the Owner, Manager and Head Trainer.
