Unique opportunity exists for the right person at a private barn on a picturesque property located minutes from the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL. Generous, compassionate owner seeks ideal candidate to become part of a close knit team to work towards executing her vision for her farm and six performance horses. The right candidate has experience in show grooming of dressage, hunter jumper, or eventing horses. All aspects of working with high end show horses are required including special treatments. In addition, the position would include completion of general barn tasks. Winters are spent in Ocala, Florida and summers in Pennsylvania.

Job Benefits
The candidate will receive a generous salary, housing, 1 hour for lunch, and maximum 8 hour shifts, (except for show days). This is not a riding position and we cannot accommodate boarding of employee’s horses. However, there are many boarding facilities in the area should the candidate want to bring a horse.
