Requirements
Looking for a confident rider who is comfortable riding young horses off the track as well as young warmbloods. Ideally prefer someone who has evented to at least novice. Needs to be confident jumping at least 3’ on a young horse and riding out in a field. Needs to have a basic understanding of how to put a horse on the bit on the flat. Lessons and further training will be provided, but as this is a riding based position, we do need to all be confident riders as well as willing to learn.
We’re an upbeat, positive group of riders who love our jobs, so we’re looking for someone who loves working around nice horses as much as we do!

Compensation Package Value per month: •Gorgeous brand new private housing on site. •Full care board for one horse •Weekly lessons with advanced level event rider •weekly salary
1 day a week off (Saturday on non horse show weeks, Monday on horse show weekends). Weekly pay, GORGEOUS private high end housing on the farm, lessons with advanced level event rider. This job has a huge focus on your riding—-the right person will have 5-10 horses a day to ride, as well as the opportunity to compete on our horses.
Looking for someone who is positive, upbeat, and excited to work with horses. We are extremely lucky to have a beautiful farm to work out of and allow us to focus on developing young horses into quality, confident sport horses. Must be 18 or over. We will make sure you get to speak with the current staff you’d be joining—-they love it here!
