Seeking an experienced trainer with an equitation/hunter/jumper background for our boutique equestrian business. This is a wonderful place with a lot of experience on the local circuit and regional A circuit as well as with pony club (dressage, C/T) and hunter paces. Room for growth / potential leadership role. Pre-short stirrup to competitive children's hunters to juniors.
A fun & engaging manner, and clear and effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be a team player who can work with staff, kids and parents, be professional and safety-minded. Our staff is like family and we are looking for someone to be part of- and lead- the team. Professional references, working papers, and a clean background check are required.
