Kheystone Training is looking to hire a part time groom and assistant trainer in the Oakland Hills, CA. This person would be responsible for all tacking, care, and coordination of a training program. 3-4 days per week 20 horses under-saddle this person would work with a full time time trainer, gain instruction, and a livable wage. Care and maintenance of tack, show prep, and show grooming, braiding, and warm up/cool down services of horses in program.
We manage a 70 horse boarding facility of which about 20 horses are under our training program. Mostly eventing, and jumping shows, some dressage shows during 2023 season.
