Miller & Associates is seeking a brand manager to oversee and execute our marketing and event campaigns. Miller & Associates is a multi-faceted rapidly growing equine ambulatory veterinary practice that values dedicated service and superior care. This is a full time role, based out of our Brewster, NY location.
The ideal candidate for this role has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with the horse industry and all platforms of social media. Additional website and content management experience a plus.
Event Management duties include: assisting with practice event management, communicating with vendors, sponsors and clients via email and Constant Contact, management of event websites, updating details and managing lists, maintaining spreadsheets for event budgets and calendar of past events and dollars spent, maintaining event calendar in G-Mail, and day-of person to coordinate practice events (including set up and break-down).
Communication & Office duties include: newsletter coordination of articles with doctors, press releases, social media postings on Facebook & Instagram, video production, including internal use “how-to” videos and doctor interviews,procedures, etc. for publishing, live-tweeting/social media for events, organizing and obtaining content from horse shows and “from the field," contacting various horse publications for articles that doctors can write, analyzing and report on digital advertising monthly, keeping a pulse on what competitors are doing on social media, maintaining inventory of giveaway items and marketing materials and categorizing, contributing to and tagging the practice photo catalog.
