We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Instructor for our inclusive Equestrian Centre.
The focus of our riding sessions is to provide positive and confidence building horsemanship skills, including horse care and equine behaviour as part of our riding programme.
We are looking for an applicant who is passionate about good horsemanship, a good communicator and someone who wants to help others to learn new riding skills in a positive environment, with the horse's welfare and client needs in mind.
We would like to run a clinic every Saturday sfternoon so we are looking for a creative and pro-active coach with good ideas and lots of enerygy to help us grow the business.
The instructor role includes running Pony Club Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, teaching riding sessions during the week, running clinics and may include helping with off road trail rides.
Applicants will ideally have BHS AI or level 3 coach qualification, or be working towards this.
Please note: this role involves working after school and at the weekends in addition to week day working.
Must be available to work on Saturdays. Salary £18 to £25k per annum PRO RATA depending on experience and qualifications.
