If that person was someone also happy to teach from beginners upwards that would be a bonus. We have some excellent coaches, but an additional person wh.o is happy to teach is always helpful though it is not essential. The job is normally 5 days per week . The job is varied but can be tailored a little to suit You need to demonstrate good communication skills in dealing with clients & have a happy outlook on life to fit in with our lovely team. I am a young event rider who has ridden to 5* completing Burghley as the youngest competitor in 2023 and was 2nd at Bramham in the U25's. My business is made up of 2 yards with Event Horses and Liveries. My family also have a a small Riding School. I have event horses ranging from youngsters being backed through to 5* Level with horses being aimed at Badminton, Bramham and Burghley this year. Our liveries range from younger children learning to compete and taking part in pony club, through to those eventing at national level and adults riding for pleasure. Many need help and support both schooling their horses and at competitions. All are lovely - we are very lucky! Although I am younger I have grown up helping clients and would like to think that if you asked any of my staff or clients that they would say that I had excellent people skills My families riding school is very friendly encouraging clients to be involved in care of the horses rather than just arriving to ride.
