~ If you are someone with personal and professional high standards, has attention to detail, happy to work as a team but can take initiative, keen to develop equestrian and personal skills, seeking a job on a professionally run yard and seeking a job in horses that has a work/life balance? Then you could be the person we are looking for! This job is available due to the expansion of our business. Part of this job involves supervision of the staff team assisting our Yard Manager, therefore experience of managing a small staff team is preferable.
#Previous yard work and riding experience essential. Riding ability required for school horses upto Elementary BD level. This is not just a mucking out job: normal yard work (you will be mucking out average 6 per day), daily riding - schooling /hacking/ lunging, maintenance of yard and facilities.
#We are offering a very competitive salary (plus: free accommodation, uniform, plus - lessons/training, discounted health care package (after trial period) Package valued at over £30K, legal employment contract, 5 day working week on 7 day rolling rota, 7.15am to 5pm (with breakfast and long lunch break) plus 8.30pm check (shared between team), 28 days paid holiday, regular riding lessons and equestrian/management training. PLUS we finish on time!

Live in preferred. Farm house on site (parts of this house are 200 yrs old, it is quirky, clean, tidy and FREE of charge), shared with 2 or 3 other staff, own bedroom, shared bathrooms/lounge etc. Rent free, just share of utility bills. No pets or smokers in the accommodation. Please note: the accommodation is only available to over 18 yrs and non-smokers/vapers.
