I am looking for a confident and happy team player who is able to be part of a team at our busy equestrian centre in Daglingworth in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate ideally needs to be equine educated, qualified, currently working in the industry or have recently been in the industry. You must be able to build a good rapport with staff and clients and join in with the day to day activities on the yard. You will be expected to look after a block of five horses that live in and one or two that live out and care for them to a high standard. Most horses live out at night in the Summer months. Coaching qualifications are necessary, however further training will be given. You must be able to ride a variety of horses on the flat, over fences and hacking in the amazing Cirencester Park. We are a fun and supportive yard and we want our staff to fulfil their own ambitions as well as help the clients fulfil their own.

A double bedroom in a four bedroom, modern, clean barn conversion, shared with three other staff members. Two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, sitting room, diner. Or a shared house locally with one other staff member.

We now have two amazingly located centres in Cirencester Park. 85 acres of pasture, two Indoor and outdoor schools. Onsite barn conversion for the staff accommodation at Manor Farm and a self contained one bedroom cottage at Overley, we also have a modern café. We are a very neat and tidy yard with very friendly staff and clients. We offer livery and tuition to all and have a policy of 'friendly people only' invited to our yard. We hold camps, clinics, daily coaching sessions and have a livery of 34 quality horses which can be ridden by the staff. Greenhill at Overley is also our Hacking Hub. All of our hacking is off road with miles of tracks and long grass gallops. Every staff member gets to have a lot of fun hacking a few times a week as well as formal tuition to help gain further qualifications or to achieve personal goals with your own horse or one of ours. We cater for the happy hacker all the way to professional competing riders.
