Nicky Richards Racing is on the lookout for experienced staff. We have opportunities available for Ground staff and riders. Experience within the racing industry is highly desirable but not essential. More importantly, candidates must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard working. Riders must be fit and capable of riding, young, fit racehorses.

Duties will include exercising horses (riders only), mucking out, grooming horses, putting horses on and off walker, turning horses out, helping with feeds, hay and waters. Accompany horses to the races and even lead up a winner or two!

We offer good rates of pay depending on experience, chance to go racing, pool money shared out amongst staff. We have a friendly, hard working team here in a beautiful part of the countryside.

We can offer accommodation so car license is not essential.
