Looking for a keen individual to join our small team. Ardmedden is a busy 800 acre farm. May suit school leaver. Lots of riding for an experienced and educated rider with an opportunity to improve skills. Ride & lead, nannying youngsters & general yard duties. Equestrian experience vital and training will be given in handling, young stock and foals. Job could suit a variety of people as all skills not needed as we already have a team that can cover most things. Ability and opportunity to improve riding under experienced staff with visiting trainers. There are 2 large farms on site with holiday cottages and an equestrian centre (indoor & cross country) so there is always something to do and we are really looking for the sort of person that is willing to lend a hand and muck in with whatever is on the days agenda. Having DIY skills, painting, fencing would be an added bonus as would be grass cutting and strimming experience. Ardmedden is an interesting yard to work where no 2 days are the same. We all work together to get the job done. We specialise in natural horsemanship and have excellent world renowned trainers regularly attending the centre.
