We need a person to join our team. The candidate must be good with adults and children and be able to ride to advanced standard. They must be prepared to help with stable work, prepare horses, give lessons up to intermediate standard, train young horses in a quiet sympathetic way. They must also have qualifications or an interest in natural horsemanship as we will be training our horses and guests in this way.

At Hacienda Horses we have a wonderful team that train and look after the horses, we need someone who can work with and fit into the team. We have many returning clients here and we expect staff to look after them to the highest standards. Stable cleanliness, horse turnout, professional lessons and safety of horse and rider are paramount.

An ability to be well organised, clean tidy and efficient. Must be able to plan ahead and organise horses for the next day. Must be flexible in their attitude.

Staff have a separate block and their own kitchen. Each member of staff has a separate room with en-suite bathroom. Food is first class and prepared by our chef.
