Hacienda Horse requires a front of house customer liaison person, who has a working knowledge of stables.

The candidate must be able to control and maintain our high standards of presentation for the guests on the hotel side, and have sufficient knowledge to be able to create invoices, take payments and organize any requests.

They will be doing guests welcome walk, seeing to guests needs, maintaining the pool area, be responsible for garden and front of house cleanliness. There are others who help with these jobs but we need someone to maintain standards. They must be prepared to wait tables if required. They must be able to shop and drive a car. This person might also be asked to help with stable management and riding if necessary and time allows. A bright sunny disposition is essential. Training will be given.

Must be a person that realises how important guest are and look after them in a professional way. Must be able to work as part of a team.
