-Conduct riding lessons for individuals and groups. -Assess and customize training plans based on student's skill levels. -Instruct students on horse care and stable management -Ensure the safety and well-being of both students and horses during lessons. -Provide feedback and progress reports to students. -Stay up-to-date with the latest riding techniques and safety regulations. -Perform routine checks on riding equipment and ensure its in -proper condition .

-Certification from a recognized equestrian organization. -Previous teaching experience in riding instruction. -Strong background in various riding disciplines. -Knowledge of horse care and stable management. -First aid certification. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -High level of physical fitness. -Knowledge of equestrian safety practices. -Patience and ability to work with students of all ages.
