B.E.C is seeking an experienced and responsible stable Manager, with a proven history of leadership and contactable references. (Salary will depend on experience) Start date ASAP-May 2026 Successful applicants should have a minimum of 8 years experience working in a riding school of up to 30 horses. The following requirements apply: -Fluent Bahasa, Basic English. -Drivers License -Basic medical care -Knowledge of feed, nutrition and hoof care. -Lunging experience -Tack care -Administration duties.

BEC is a bespoke equestrian centre located in Canggu on the beautiful tourist island of Bali. Our facilities include a 25 x 65 indoor arena, 90 x 30 outdoor arena, 20 x 20 children's indoor arena, 40 stables, 10 wash bays and 8 paddocks. All our equipment is sourced and imported from Australia including Wintec and Bates saddles.
BEC sets a new standard of equestrian experiences welcoming expats, locals and tourists to enjoy our facilities for dressage and jumping lessons we cater for all levels and ages. For the younger equestrian enthusiast we have the tiny tots class, (birthday) parties and vaulting. We also offer lease/livery services and yearly clinics.
