Green Lane Farm situated in the heart of Guildford (Shamley Green) is a professional dressage yard with in excess of 15 horses, most of which live out at night. With world class facilities and a team of three we are looking to expand with the addition of an Assistant Groom.

Are you a confident rider, keen to work with a small busy and successful team. We are looking for a new member of staff who rides well and will carry out stable duties to a high standard. The right candidate will benefit form a good rate of pay, staff pension and a share of the stable bonus. Accommodation in a self contained mobile home on site is available. However the ability to ride is essential to this role.

We have a vacancy for an Apprentice who has a passion for riding and learning the best of horse and pony care. We work with Haddon Training towards recognised qualifications. We offer 6 hours of a mixture of riding tuition and/or stable management and theory lectures each week. The undertaking of all stable duties under supervision is required. This position is 5 days a week including one evening until 9pm and one weekend day. There is a possibility of shared female accommodation.
We are looking for 2 Instructors to join our team of BHS qualified coaches, who are confident, outgoing and hard-working team players that love teaching both children and adults. Both positions are full time, 5 days a week including weekend work with accommodation provided.
We are looking for a Junior Instructor with a minimum of Stage 2 teach or equivalent. This will be a varied role teaching a rage of abilities and assisting with the running of our Pony Camps.
We are looking for a Senior Instructor with a minimum of Stage 3 coach or above, to teach a range of both children and adults. This role will include training other members of staff towards competition and BHS assessments.
Both successful applicants will receive training towards further qualifications, regular riding and the opportunity to compete, however this is primarily a teaching role.
