We are looking for a friendly person to join our team as a routined groom to care for top sporthorses as well as for our Oldies and Youngsters, who is also a secure rider to support our head trainer with some well behaved horses in warming up or exercising them a bit in the daily work.

We are a sport-oriented FEI dressage stable - home base of a candian former Olympian in Dressage - located in Bavaria/Germany. We are looking for qualified and motivated staff to strengthen our team. Actually we have ~15 horses in training and/or for sale ranging from promising youngster to accomplished Grand Prix horse. The tasks at a stable like ours are as different as the horses we own. We have youngsters, oldies, competition horses ... and our pony Max, who is as bossy as he is small (we accomodate ~20-25 horses & youngstock). What we - and they - need is a team player who is willing to help wherever and whenever it is necessary. Someone who lends a hand mucking out the stables, who can care for older horses and groom the FEI Horses with passion, who will clean tack but who can also enjoy learning and progressing his/her own skills in the saddle as a bonus. If you love working with horses, we'd love to have you. Accomodation can be provided on the premises.

Gross income is 2500 € -> ~1500 net income and free accomodation OR Gross income is 2500 € -> ~1750 net income (no accomodation)
