At Bækgaarden in Skanderborg, we are known for our professional facilities and deep passion for equestrian sports. We are looking for a new team member to help us maintain our high standards – both regarding the daily well-being of our horses and the upkeep of our beautiful grounds.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Your role will be a mix of fixed stable routines and practical outdoor tasks. Your primary duties will include: • Horse Care & Stable Duties: Daily mucking out, leading horses to and from paddocks and the horse walker. • General Property Upkeep: Various practical tasks and maintenance around the farm to ensure everything remains functional and well-presented.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 • You are confident handling horses and understand their behavior and safety requirements. • You are a practical "handyperson" capable of handling repairs and general maintenance. • You enjoy physical work. • You are reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well in a team.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 You will become part of a dedicated team at one of Denmark’s most beautiful equestrian estates. We offer an informal work environment where we help each other, providing a varied workday with plenty of fresh air. Accomodation included in salary.
