Permanent HOME GROOM position for person with an EU passport or a valid Schengen work permit.
REQUIRED are professional former work experiences as a groom including good references. no minors. no job beginners. only serious persons.
FULL TIME + paid annual leave 5 or 6 days depending on hours per day
Looking for a new team member to support our international team. Also working couple ( 2 grooms).
We breed and produce junior horses and sportponies. All disciplines but due to young age of the current training horses and ponies we focus more on dressage at the moment.
Location: Southboehmia Czechia,EU🇪🇺 near to the German / Austrian border.
💰 good salary + bonuses + paid annual leave + Free accomodation 🏠 ( own cat welcome) in own apartment. Additional paid hours for a higher salary are an option if desired. Official contract 📝with full insurance and paid annual leave/ holidays Nice working place 🌞 with international team
Important: Only with EU passport or valid working permit.
For the right person there is the possibility to build up a career and take over head groom / assistent manager responsibilities.
Riding is possible if you can ride on a good dressage level ( no beginner rider or only experienced in another discipline) plus if you can meet a height/ weight limit
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: ✅Only a fit and Non- smoking person is suitable for this job. ✅motivated to work,precise and well organized, reliable and dedicated to the well- being of horses ✅Non- Smoker,no drugs,no drama ✅experienced in the field of grooming on a professional level. Has to be also confident but friendly with youngsters and well mannered pony stallions. ✅good references from former employments in similar
WORK DUTIES:
Work duties around horse training 📋: 🐎 prepare for training,bandage, tack and untack 🐎 longing and groundwork 🐎 help with loosejumping
Work duties in the stable🗒 : 🍀leading horses from/ to fields 🍀groom horses and ponies, plait and prepare for viewings 🍀help to give feed (grain,supplements), prepare haynets and steam hay , apply medication, help when vet or farrier are visiting, keep stables in order
Accommodation
Own apartment with bath,wifi available, cooking device and fridge. Shared washing machine and commun kitchen with 2 other grooms. Transport to shopping on a regular base.
