I can handle quirky, spooky, etc. I manage meds, give shots, schedule for the vet, farrier, and alternate therapies. I own and drive a 2-horse and am happy to learn a bigger rig.

I am also an experienced rider and I'm not afraid of hard work. I was born in Zimbabwe, Africa and I have been living in Zambia for 18 years so I am used to working hard and working with all sorts of horses. I am a British Citizen and I have now moved to the UK to work on horses here

REQUIREMENTS: ✅Classical Dressage riding skills on minimum FN level L. Only a physically fit person is suitable for this job. Height and weight limit. ✅motivated to work,precise and well organized, reliable and dedicated to the well- being of horses ✅Non- Smoker only,no drugs,no drama ✅good references from former employments in similar position
Permanent or contract for 9 months minimum , 6 work days work per week ( 1 day off per week), Full time only.
Optional: Besides riding this position could be also combined with some assistent manager duties for the right applicant who has good people skill and managing experience.
WORK DUTIES:
Work duties around horse training 📋: 🐎 prepare for training,bandage, tack and untack 🐎 longing and groundwork 🐎 breaking of youngsters ( as part of a team, together with trainer) 🐎 training of youngsters ( small horses and sportponies) for first competitions, eventually competing, dressage and optional some jumping 🐎 training of educated small horse and pony stallions ( GRPs, Welsh) up to medium level, including private lessons.
Other Work duties 🗒 : 🍀leading horses from/ to fields 🍀groom " your" horses and ponies, plait and prepare for viewings,present horses for visitors 🍀help to check on horses and give hard feed in the morning (grain,supplements,medicaments)
If you have good dressage riding skills there is no mucking ( cleaning of boxes).
Private stable and horse breeding farm, about 80 horses including stallions, beautiful location with modern facilties, farm located near to the regional capital city and the Sumava nationalparc
