10 qualified international equestrian coaches will be sponsored for a 4-day trip in Shanghai to attend the Shanghai International Horse Culture Week (the first week in October) and connect with top Chinese equestrian clubs for job opportunities.

Requirements of candidates:

1. Able to train Chinese coaches ; 2. Able to conduct lessons to members (from beginners to 120cm level riders); 3. Able to train club horses ; 4. Able to manage stables ; 5. Able to communicate orally in English (French is ok too) - translator provided, willing to live in China; 6. Good with kids; 7. Good character, easy-going.
