We have a working student position available. Ideal situation for someone looking to get experience working with a wide variety of horses.
Job requirements include: • English riding experience: Hunter/ jumper rider. Show experience, working with young horses an asset • Desire to learn more about horses – care of and riding
Job Details: Duties may vary depending on candidate's previous experience and individual skillset, but will include grooming and setting fences for horses in training. Some lungeing, riding, working with young horses may be included. As a part of a busy stable, other duties could include:
• Assisting the farrier, veterinarian, and instructor • General tidying and cleaning of stable • Exercising school horses • Feeding horses
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, and works equally well by themselves or with others. While it's necessary to have some basic skills, the desire to improve and expand current skillset is an equally important trait.

We are an ever-growing facility offering boarding, horse training and riding lessons from beginner to advanced.
We run a busy and diverse lesson program with classes running 7 days a week, and have a Pony Club that operates out of our facility 8 months of the year. Throughout the year we run several sessions of beginner lessons to bring new riders into our program. Our long term riders range from the recreational rider, looking to enjoy safe time in the saddle, to the show rider in hunters and jumpers. Our students range in age from a few 5 year olds to 55+.
We also have a small number of horses available for sale or in-barn lease.
