Been working with young horses and competed myself at a smaller lever (up to 100cm). Experience as a showjumping groom at international level. I also have stable work experience. I have been training with both dressage trainers and jumping trainers with my horse for competitions a few years ago.

We are an A Circuit Hunter Jumper stable with performance sport horses located in north Burlington.
We offer a premier work environment and a supportive, fun team to work with.
You must have experience with general horse / barn skills but not limited to mucking, grooming, feeding, and general maintenance. You must have direct experience working around performance horses and know how to blanket, wrap, bath, tack up, turn in/out, handle and /or give oral medications.
The successful candidate with be reliable, consistent and organized.
Work will be Friday - Tuesday. ( we can be somewhat flexible but as we are heading into show season need weekends covered).
Compensation will be competitive and aligned to experience.
Accommodation is NOT available. Must have own transportation.
Must be in Ontario Canada, with PR or other appropriate visa or work permits.
Please do not apply for this position if you have never mucked out a barn regularly or handled anything but school horses. We have 30 horses so are a fast paced barn.

Located in north Burlington the property boasts amazing views of rolling hills, forests, and the escarpment. The barn is bright, airy, and temperature controlled. Each of the 30 large box stalls is equipped with a therapeutic SoftStall and bedded deeply with premium shavings. There are two large temperature-controlled grooming stalls and two large wash stalls in the centre of the barn. Our indoor riding arena is 80 x 200 ft with high ceilings and state of the art fibre mix footing. The large windows along each side can be opened up in the summer to provide a cool comfortable place to ride during inclement weather. Our outdoor ring is an impressive 100 x 200 ft with fantastic all-weather footing. Anne Auty is known for exceptional riding, coaching, and judging with an authentic, direct style.
