We are looking for a nice-friendly-motivated groom :-) for high level dressage horses, situated closed to Vienna... We love our horses and we want that they feel well and therefor you should also like horses and their wellness. --> The daily routine work includes mucking out for 10 horses a day, feeding hey 3 times a day, feeding, bringing horses in the walking machine and back, bringing horses on the winter paddocks, cleaning and preparing horses for riding with leg protection and so on ... walking for warming-up, bringing them back home, watch them during the day, , cleaning the saddles and bridles, ... you could ride/and get riding lessons and it would also be possible to START and TRAIN with my coaching - but this is not necessary - it is also possible to be 'only groom' also without riding...
So this means, you would have the possibility to LEARN - to TRAIN and to get better... if you like! Also to compete on competitions
Do a good job - and you would have a LONGTERM POSSIBILITY to work and to stay and to learn - we are a good friendly team - loving our horses and are looking for a friendly interested groom :-) You can also come only for 6 - 12 month - it depends on you - what you are interested ... of course would we be happy - if you stay longer!
Working with legal contract (normally from Monday to Saturday -- enjoy by learning and working with horses, having the chance also to compete on competitions.
We are directly situated in Himberg/Gutenhof, it is a nice village - a lot of shopping possibilities for food.
Our stable is 20 minutes far away from Vienna - by car or by train so it is possible on the free days to have visits in Vienna and so on ...

I am trainer for about more than 25 years, i prefer big dressage horses and I really like to work with them and to bring them with fun and motivation to a good level. I also like to ride jumping - all my horses work once a week with all different kind of jumping obstacles and we like to go in the country - to see "more things" not only a dressage arena. We are a big stable for dressage, it is one of the best dressage stables in Austria. Nice to go in the country, no mountains ... closed to Vienna by car or by train in 20 minutes. I would like to find someone who also likes horses - keep everything clean and in a mess and like to work in a good atmosphere and team.
