We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic team players who have a passion for horses and for success in racing.
Our staff are an integral part of Warren Krongold Racing Stables. Numerous full-time, part-time or casual positions are available.
Stablehands perform general stable duties to prepare horses in the morning for track work. Swimming, tacking, washing and feeding horses is part of the morning routine. In the afternoon, horses are walked, rugged and taken for a swim, and feeds and waters replenished.
Raceday duties are shared amongst our team and depend on experience level.
Preferred applicants will currently be licensed as stablehands with Racing Victoria. However, we welcome inpexperienced candidates and will provide relevant training, including the mandatory Handle Horses and Follow OHS Procedures training units.

Denistoun Park, on the Mornington Peninsula. Relaxed country surrounds with state of the art facilities that include our own 1700m grass and sand tracks, a 60m pool, two horse walkers, and an incline treadmill. In addition to this we use the 5 tracks at Mornington and have daily access to Balnarring beach. All this provides our horses with a great advantage in terms of being competitive at the highest level. We have 50 horses in work at any time making us large enough to strive to be one of the top 10 trainers in Victoria while being small enough to ensure each horse receives individual nurturing, development and training. Close to Mornington for fantastic beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Only one hour from Melbourne city. We have a variety of roles available in our expanding team, from ground staff up. We would love to have a keen, enthusiastic individual to join our team with ambition to reach senior positions such as Foreperson / Training Assistant / Racing manager.
