One of the top dressage and eventing facilities in New England, Pirouette Farm boasts 24 large, airy stalls and several outbuildings for horses. On the 110 acres, 20 acres are grass paddocks, 75 acres are our own hay production, 250 ft square outdoor arena (dressage and jump areas) and numerous cross-country jumps including water complex, mound and ditches. The barn consists of two wide aisles with stalls, hay loft, two grooming stalls, two wash stalls with hot and cold water, attached 70 x 200 ft indoor arena with mirrors and heated viewing area. Heated feed room, bathroom with shower, laundry, large tackroom with office and loft. Farm owners live on the property and an additional house is on site for manager housing.
