Beautiful one bedroom with kitchenette, bath, 600 sq. ft., 70 acre property adjacent to 15,000 acres, with tile, high ceilings, radiant heat, Wi-Fi, and natural light. Peaceful sanctuary for retired, work at home, side gig and nature types. There are 4 horses with feed times 5.5 days/week, two times a day at 7am and 4:30pm.
