We are a private farm with draft and draft cross horses. Western trail riding in the backwoods, rocks trees and forest. In addition to horses we have goats- fibre and rescue, Pigs - pasture raised, chickens and ducks - eggs, dogs and cats, large vegetable garden. My husband and I work long hours starting the day about seven am and not finishing till dark. The hours vary by the time of year as daylight varys summer to winter.
We are looking for someone to wants to work long hours, gain knowledge and experience in practical skills of farm maintenance, livestock handling and of course horse grooming, mucking out , feeding etc.
We are patient and teach the skills if you are hardworking and put forth the effort. We do not tolerate inconsistency and due to our remote location you must have a love of your own company...town is not a place we frequent to often.
