Duties of Current Occupation
Breeding and Producing mares, foals and young horses at Crannaghmore Stables. Attending and competing at Agricultural Shows, and equine events. Presenting a high standard of Equine Grooming, for both show preparation and sales preparation.
Equine Work Experience
Experience at home, working with horses, in particular as follows;
Breeding preparation for the mare
Foaling and post foaling care
Feeding, mucking out, daily exercise, care and management
Show and sales preparation
Showing in hand, no ride work experience
Washing, grooming, turning out, plaiting
I have experience working with mares, foals and young horses, from ISH, Irish Draughts and Connemara Ponies. I am involved in the daily management and care of horses at Crannaghmore Stables - breeding season, foaling, feeding, mucking out and exercise, alongside turning out, grooming and preparations for show events and sales.
I work to a very high standard, in all aspects of equine, diligently keeping the yard organised, with particular care for horses, efficiently getting work complete.

Qualified for the All Ireland Young Handler, placing 3rd in the All Ireland Final at the National Ploughing Championships.
Equine Young Breeders Programme, HSI. Competition for the Breeders Irish Team, with a focus on assessing, exhibiting, and breeding performance horses. Purchasing a horse; deciding about breeding; assessing offspring; presenting horses for inspection, sale, show.
