Currently working at a riding school as an instructor for children (ages 8-16). Been working with young horses and competed myself at a smaller lever (up to 100cm). Experience as a showjumping groom at international level. I also have stable work experience. I have been training with both dressage trainers and jumping trainers with my horse for competitions a few years ago.

Requirements
  • We’re seeking individuals with high moral character, who exhibit strong leadership ability, good management & teaching skills, an outgoing personality, good sense of humor, and the ability to work hard.
  • Genuinely enjoy living & working with kids.
  • Ensure top quality instruction at all skill levels;
  • Enforce high-level safety standards;
  • Experience in teaching horseback riding to children;
  • Experience in managing an equestrian program;
  • Ability to supervise staff;
  • Ability to organize riding classes, including instructor & horse/rider assignments;
  • Care for the horses & petting zoo animals;
  • Maintain cleanliness of Equestrian Center;
  • Ensure proper care of tack & equipment;
  • Evaluate & qualify each instructor at camp prior to opening day;
  • Certification in first-aid, horse first-aid, CPR, and CHA is preferred.
