COUPLE (Two ) Miami,Fla. Instructor (hunter seat,mostly children !! I am looking for a small rider able to train and school pony hunter prospects and to keep the students ponies "in line". - - & Part time Handyman (does not need to know about horses ) but MUST OBTAIN his own job away from farm ) to supplement family income !!! part time repairs for small established very busy, lesson barn -live in 3 Bd Rm House in trade as part of salary. . PREFER "married" couple for "committment" !!! !! Handyman must be able to be qualified to handle Weed trimmers,Hedge clippers, tractor "maintenance" ,fence and plumbing repairs,etc. .Willing to TEACH and MENTOR to instruct for right person, IF that person has had "A" Show OVER FENCES "comp.experience !! at "A" shows while growing up and/or presently !! Future opportunity for advancement NON Smokers only !!! OWNER wishes to RETIRE !!!
There is also a stall available for you for training a horse/ pony either on commission or it may be your own for sale !

Requirements

OPPORTUNITY for the right instructor who is SMALL ! and petite enough to train pony hunters,teach them their leads,changes !! - oppertunity to advance !!OWNER wishes to retire !!!
GOOD !! hunter seat equitation in "A" show competition "OVER FENCES background at shows is a MUST , but will teach a person the "technique" of instructing if not experienced in the "teaching" area . Which means a person who has been brought up showing pony hunters or junior hunters , junior jumpers

Required Skills

TRADE of living in 3 Bd Rm House - Handyman only part time work on farm, so would be REQUIRED to obtain a FULL time job away from farm to supplement your family income !

At beginning a TRADE of a 3 BdRm House on property plus percentage of each private lesson (half hour ), plus percentages from training students at shows, and sales of ponies/horses . Opportunity to advance in established lesson business. "Part time" Handyman must be expert at handling farm machinery,weed trimmers,hedge clippers,tractors,,fences,plumbing, required to obtain a full time job outside of farm, to supplement family income

The Facility

Ascot Farm Working Student will have opportunity to ride and train Pony Hunters and learn the business "end" of the Equine Industry , and for the right student , have the opportunity to show at local schooling shows and possibly more !.
