Job Description
Cleaning the stables, feeding the horses, handling and training the young horses, if needed - assisting the vet.
Requirements
Would be good to have earlier experience with young horses and stallions. Must not be afraid of hard every-day work during the winter-time due to weather conditions.
Required Skills
Handling Youngstock.
Accommodation
Separate room in the house with Internet connection, food and living by us, possible to use a car.
Benefits
The worker can get the "live" experience with Akhal-Teke horses. Opportunity to train and ride horses by Natural Horsemanship. Experience with breeding and foaling, assisting the veterinarian. We also offer the possibility to come for a short time.
The Facility
We breed, train and sell purebred Akhal-Teke horses. The farm is run by couple of veterinarians. Currently there are 25 horses - breeding stallions, broodmares, youngsters. Young horses are trained by Natural Horsemanship, the main interest is towards endurance sport.
