Job Description
Reliable, practical, strong person required. Take sole charge when/if required of small yard/house when owner is abroad on business. Able to handle/start well behaved youngsters and brood mares. General yard duties, fetching, carrying, feeding, mucking out, dealing with vet etc. and generally everything to do with caring for horses and getting involved. Responsible position, with good sense of humour appreciated too. Caring attitude and honesty a must. Two youngsters to ride/start at present. Aptitude to Natural Horsemanship i.e. Parelli, Monty Roberts, a must and would suit someone who likes and would be proud to show in hand and attend shows.
Plenty of time off but mornings and approx hour or so, evenings but not every, a neccessity. Steep learning curve for the Natural Horsemanship methods but fun and if interested and have a talent, possibility of dressage lessons.
Could perhaps, ideally suit an older person (over 25yrs because of vehicle insurance) but they must live-in. Of course, younger applicant considered.

Requirements
Reliable honest fit and healthy person to join small stud breeding PRE's. Would help if the person likes the garden and is a must that they are clean and tidy indoors. Generally be a 'team player' . Some travel perhaps also for right person.

Accommodation
Board, lodging and 'pocket money' wage equates to approx. 250 euros per week. Utility bills paid also.
Benefits
Work in a beautiful part of Southern Spain. Pool provided. Quite near beaches and lakes. Capable person would help 'start' the youngsters.
The Facility
This is a small registered Stud in the proximity of Marbella, Andalucia, breeding Pura Raza Espanol horses.
It is a small Finca in the mountains with five horses, including youngstock and pregnant mares, at present. There are two youngsters to start at the moment but this can vary from time to time and this is a position for a single applicant only.
