Job Description
Norwegian-American couple seek a farm assistant for the daily care of horses at a breeding-training stable for warmblood sport horses in Norway, plus some additional help with housekeeping would be involved. Depending on qualifications of applicant, job could also involve assisting with the riding and training of young horses as well as older horses. Instruction in dressage can also be arranged.

The Facility
Ovre Havnas Gard is a 134-acre farm with a new 9-stall modern stable, with heated floors, large wash stall, tack and feed areas, also a 20x40m outdoor arena (indoor arena in planning stage) spacious paddocks/pastures and lots of fields and wooded trails. We breed top warmblood sporthorse bloodlines, as well as have boarders and horses for training.
