Fabulous Working Student opportunity in an established working student program. Lots of riding. Also lunging and grooming sale/training horses, basic barn chores, minimal stall cleaning. Great opportunity to concentrate on riding and immerse yourself in the horse industry in preparation for a career in horses. Successful, busy sales and training barn. Everything from starting young horses to riding and training show horses. Eventing, dressage, and hunter/jumpers. Farm is in the heart of horse country, right next to Tryon, North Carolina. 5 1/2 day work week. About 2 hours of barn work per day, then ride all day. Looking for that motivated, hard-working, and positive student who has the drive to learn all aspects of the business. We have fun while working hard, with great horses and people. Come improve your skills in a low-key yet professional and quality atmosphere. Basic riding skills with ability to advance. Must be comfortable on green horses. Would prefer commitment of one year.

Shared housing, gorgeous house in a lovely setting. Must be comfortable with dogs and cats. Dog and cat lovers a big plus!! No personal pets, we have plenty.
Large private room in shared house. Ride all day with daily lessons on a variety of horses. Possibilities to compete. Pay is $60/ week stipend, OR board for your horse. 5 1/2 day work week. The perfect situation for someone wanting to spend a year concentrating on their riding skills and riding many different types and levels of horses. Time to get a part time job if necessary. Works best with some money saved or help from parents so you can focus on riding without financial strain.
12 Stall, 15 acre farm in the heart of horse country. Lovely barn, ring, and house. Access to hundreds of miles of trails. Many shows nearby.
