Looking for local people within 45min of Neshanic Station, NJ who would like to work mornings (7am-12pm) a couple days a week and/or weekends. Very flexible with scheduling and working around student schedules. Farm located in Neshanic Station, NJ. Option to travel to local and away shows if desire, but must have own transportation. Employees work in a team environment. NO MUCKING. Basic care/chores; feed lunch, rotate turnout, bring horses on and off the walker, make AM/PM grain, check on horses living outside, worm at appropriate times, hold horses for vet and farrier, help pack/unpack for horse shows. clip/trim, and tidy up horses leaving for horse shows (not required but a plus!) Should have a basic knowledge of nutrition/supplements/meds.
Foreign applicants must have US Visa or Working Permit. Reliable Transportation and/or Drivers Liscense! MUST be able to work from 7am-12pm. Should be comfortable around young horses and a stallion, (foals, yearlings, 2 year olds).

Show jumping facility, 50 acre farm in NJ. Breaking, training young horses, showing youngsters through Grand Prix. Wellington, Florida in the winter, NJ in the summer. Trainers- Frank Chapot, Coach US Team, Laura Chapot. Chado Farm breeds and trains some of the most competitive jumpers on the circuit, and the location of the facility is in prime NJ horse country.
