HOW WE GOT STARTED: In 1995 my sister and I each had $2500 and a bunch of Land. We decided to Build a driving range. With the help of our parents, the next year, we Opened 5 golf holes and we had an "on your honor can" to pay $12! The year After that we purchased a building And we had no electricity or running water.... Can you believe that! The Year after that we got electric, water, and opened our first restaurant with A Coleman stove and an outside barbecue grill! Today, we have a beautiful 70 seat restaurant and we are one of the only restaurants for 100 miles that gets in Fresh Alaskan Fish! We love to grow our own herbs and search high and low For the Best available produce! We have a 9 hole golf course now, ATV Tours, and Also a Draft Horse Drawn Covered Wagon Tour. Last season we had over 40000 People come through our doors! It has been an unbelievable adventure for us! We are still just a little family run business though which has it's Benefits and of course its weaknesses. OUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS: Probably the biggest weakness is we Live and work in a very remote environment. What this means for us is that we have to work with what we have and sometimes this can be a challenge.
