    We are a long established, family run riding school in Surrey. We teach novice adults and children, and disabled, with just a few advanced riders. We also have some liveries - mainly DIY. We have 19 school horses and ponies. We have an indoor and outdoor school. We encourage children ( and adults) to become involved with the stables by helping whenever possible. We will give successful applicants any training and help needed, and there will be scope for advancing their skills if required.

    We are looking for a full & part time hardworking, experienced dressage groom to work for Team LBD Dressage home of International dressage rider Luke Baber-Davies at Chailey Stud Equestrian Centre in East Sussex.

Full/Part time. Minimum BHS AI, good organisational skills required and previous experience in a similar role. July & August Summer Camp possibility of longer contact for schools work in term time To teach a range of levels and manage junior teaching and yard staff.

The Facility

During the Summer (mid June -Sept) we operate a riding and language school where children between 12-18 come to learn english and ride as well as trips, activities and visits around the region. The yard also produces showjumpers from novice to advanced level. There is the possability to ride and school the horses and or be trained yourself.

    Opportunity to work with top dressage competition horses, broodmares and foals. Seagry Stud is a private yard with 10 horses. This is for a live-in part time/full time groom to manage the yard. No riding is required. You will need own transport. Beautiful self contained flat provided. The work will be approx 5 half days per week in the Summer (flexibility on days) increasing to near full time in the Winter. Sorry but absolutely no own horses or pets.
