Whilst on work experience you will assist with all usual yard duties as well as helping with childrens riding holidays, supervising children, assisting with tacking up and lessons, catching in and turning out, accommodation, fantastic opportunity to experience working on a busy yard, successful applicant will also be able to exercise ponies and will recieve lessons.

The Facility

We run a friendly relaxed yard with on average 50 ponies and horses, usually around 25 stabled, our yard is very varied, riding school geared mainly to teaching children but do welcome adult clients, pony club link centre so hold regular rallies and fun days. Holidays for children during school holidays. Breaking and schooling young ponies and horses ready for the school, sale or to jump. Pip showjumps internationally, so opportunity to gain experience working with competition horses. We have indoor and outdoorschools, mini x-country course and around 35 acres.
