Requirements

An ability to learn how to prepare Clydesdales for showing in hand and ridden. We are starting horses for riding so must be a confident competent rider. Have one thoroughbred to start and one Clydesdale ridden. Must be able to work on own without supervision.

The Facility

GROOM/au-pair.. Beautiful Highlands of Scotland. Looking for someone to help for a month or so during summer. 4 Clydesdales 1 part Arab and 1 Hanovarian cross plus a pony. CHANCE TO COMPETE. (local shows, ridden Clydesdale ex racehorse) Full board, food and lodgings are provided, with your own room, television/DVD. Access to internet wi-fi. Live and help with family, Driving licence would be helpful. We practice (intelligent horsemanship). We are in the process of starting two of the Clydesdales, We show the Clydesdales, therefore someone who is confident in their own riding ability. Must have a calm demeanour around horses.
