40 hectare stud and private stable for use of the owners only. 13 large indoor boxes plus two indoor/outdoor holding areas for young horses. Simple outdoor riding arena and outdoorr lunging area. Indoor riding arena to be constcuted in next 6-12 months. Direct accesss to many kilometers of forest riding in surrounding forests.
