I 'm looking for someone who wants to work and learn in an environment where children/ people come to seek help. Responsibility and honesty are two very important values for me! The job is available from APRIL 2013. I prefer someone who can stay for at least 6 months.

As well as the people and children who comes here, you get a training in knowing yourself, in growing your self-esteem, self-confidence. I help you to give a direction in your life, so you can proceed as a woman with character and charisma! And this all with horses and dogs!
I have 7 stables. I coach childeren with development problems. I have a psychological and pedagogical knowledge. I always lived in the dressage world and I'm trained by it. I have also a background in the natural horsemanship. During my learningprogress I discovered the richness of horses. Sally Swift, Frank bell, Parelli, Roberts, Milan, Temple Grandin, ... are names I'm very familiar with. They had a big influence in my coaching!
Yard, which is really suitable for young people, who are searching for first work-experience. It's not only a place to work at, but place where You can learn new things about horses and yourself. And develope Your inner strenght. I had really good time during my stay and met a lots of new people, who were really nice and friendly!

Hello everybody! My name is Rikke! I worked for Inge 6 months, and had an amazing time there! I came with very little experience, but learned so much from working with Inge, the children and her horses! - Working with children has taught me a lot about my own personality as well as different personalities of children! - I have been so grateful for all the love and care I got from the people there! After 6 month I know a lot more about horse care and alternative treatment! I know more about children, and more about life! For the motivated person who will choose to come there, it will be a positive eye-opener and an unforgettable time in Lokeren! I miss all the people there and I definitely hope to come back one day!
