    We are a long established, family run riding school in Surrey. We teach novice adults and children, and disabled, with just a few advanced riders. We also have some liveries - mainly DIY. We have 19 school horses and ponies. We have an indoor and outdoor school. We encourage children ( and adults) to become involved with the stables by helping whenever possible. We will give successful applicants any training and help needed, and there will be scope for advancing their skills if required.

We are offering a full time live in position for a highly self-motivated person to help in the day to day activities of our boutique riding school. Applicant MUST a have good amount of riding experience and show horse grooming knowledge. Not afraid to get your hands dirty and is comfortable to lead or direct other staff. Applicant must be personable and friendly (a smile and wave attitude) and MUST be able to work independently. General day to day duties would include, but not limited to, yard work, stable cleaning, show horse preparation and preparing lesson ponies. In this role you will be expected to work every weekend and during the school holidays (some flexibility for the right applicant) with time off during the week. Wages are negotiable to get the right person.

The Facility

Bensville Riding School is a family own and run equestrian and agistment facility. Here we have 10 stables and 2 arenas. BRS’s show horses are proudly shown at Royal level. BRS mainly cater for riding lessons and bush trail riding, along with birthday parties and we also do kids camps during the NSW school holidays too. We are open 7 days, with weekends and school holidays being our busiest periods. Bensville Riding School is located close to public transport, local surf beaches, shopping centres and just over an hour to Sydney, a truly great area.
