We are a beautiful equestrian centre with a really busy horseback winery tour tourism business located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. We are urgently seeking a live in Tour Guide to join our team.

Depending on the horse's age and experience the competing discipline will be jumping low level dressage or eventing. There is an opportunity for the suitably qualified applicant to use the facilities to teach pupils in the local area in their free time. The position is live-in in beautiful surrounds, and use of vehicle/motor bike. No Feeding but being present for vet and farriery work is sometimes required. It is a 6-day week with competitions most W/Es and Mondays off. Social skills are important when out competing as is observation of all OH&S regulations at all times. A full drivers' licence is essential. If this sounds like you then we would like to hear from you. Minimum contract is 6 months, anything less need not apply. The Facility

We are a breeding and training complex specialising in Holsteiner Horses bred, raised and trained for the Olympic Disciplines on the volcanic soils of the beautiful Cudgegong Valley. Our establishment has been involved in horse breeding for over 15 years. We have two resident stallions, 12 brood mares, 9 horses (3-5yrs) in work, and then there are the 2 yr olds, yearlings and babies. We grow lucerne on the alluvial flats of the Cudgegong River. Our philosophy in essence is that life is about relationships, between each other and between us and our beautiful horses. For us, temperament is everything. Along the way we train/sell obliging, respectful, magnificent horses to people who often become life long friends. We are interested in the professional development of our employees. Hard work is well rewarded as laggards fall by the wayside. To use the phrase of the famous racing trainer, Bart Cummins, we also believe that the harder we work, the luckier we become. Is this you
